KIGO offers 1-3 business days shipping inside the country and 5-30 business days for outside the country orders as our standard shipping option. However, due to delayed related to demand and COVID-19, KIGO orders may experience delays. Standard shipping is FREE on orders $50 and over (excluding taxes) no promotion code needed. For orders totaling less than $50, there is a delivery charge, inside the country $7.29 for first class shipping and for orders from outside the country the delivery charge is $15 for international first-class shipping. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend.

We understand things happen, which is why KIGO is dedicated to making your return process simple for you. we're all about providing you the Best shopping experience from start to finish. If you are not satisficed with our product for any reason, just return the product back to us within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags and accessories attached.

• when an item is returned, shipping charges are not refunded.

if any returns do not meet the above listed requirements, you will be contacted by email. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
